Dr. Ptak's office and medically supervised Skin Care Clinic is located in the Scottsdale Healthcare Medical Campus.

Take Interstate Loop 101 to the Shea Blvd. Exit. Proceed East on Shea Blvd. to 96th Street. Turn right on 96th Street. Proceed on 96th Street South. Turn Right on Ironwood Square Drive. Proceed on Ironwood Square Drive to our office, on the corner of 94th Street and Ironwood Square Drive.

Appointments for Consultation and/or Skin Care Are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
